November 8, 2011 –– Zion Zuviv was arrested and charged with sexually assaulting a teenage girl in Crown Heights (Brooklyn, NY).  

There was a court date scheduled in June 2012, yet never appeared.  At the time a bench issues was issued for his arrest. In August, 2012 a photograph was posted on his Facebook wall of him at the Kotel (Western Wall) in Jerusalem, Israel.  

Zion Zuviv was arrested and charged with a Criminal sexual act in the second degree is a class D felony, punishable by four to seven years in prison.  

It is unknown if a red notice was filed with Interpol by the Brooklyn District Attorney's Office.  Without an official red notice being filed, Zuviv can not be extradited back to the United States to face the charges filed against him.

If Charles Hynes the current District Attorney of Kings County refused to file a Red Notice and another child was allegedly assaulted by Zuviv, Charles Hynes should be held accountable for his inaction.

Zion Zuviv was arrested and charged with a Criminal sexual act in the second degree is a class D felony, punishable by four to seven years in prison.  

It is unknown if a red notice was filed with Interpol by the Brooklyn District Attorney's Office.  Without an official red notice being filed, Zuviv can not be extradited back to the United States to face the charges filed against him.

S 130.45 Criminal sexual act in the second degree.

A person is guilty of criminal sexual act in the second degree when:

1. being eighteen years old or more, he or she engages in oral sexual conduct or anal sexual conduct with another person less than fifteen years old; or

2. he or she engages in oral sexual conduct or anal sexual conduct with another person who is incapable of consent by reason of being mentally disabled or mentally incapacitated.

It shall be an affirmative defense to the crime of criminal sexual act in the second degree as defined in subdivision one of this section that the defendant was less than four years older than the victim at the time of the act.

Hungarian national in Jerusalem who had been wanted by Interpol for a number of years on pedophilia charges.  In 1998 the man was convicted of sex offenses against two children under the age of fourteen.  He was sent to prison in Hungary but later escaped and came to Israel as a tourist in 1999.  After spending time in Israel he met an Israeli citizen and married her, starting the process of obtaining citizenship in Israel.

The Interior Ministry’s special immigration and border control unit "Oz" on Wednesday arrested a 62 year-old Hungarian national in Jerusalem who had been wanted by Interpol for a number of years on pedophilia charges.

The man, who was dressed as a haredi Jew when authorities caught up to him, had been convicted in Hungary for pedophilia and sentenced to four years in prison.

A note, which was written in Hebrew and addressed to children, was found on the man's person when he was arrested.

Authorities now intend to investigate his possible connection to additional cases of pedophilia in the Jerusalem area.

In 1998 the man was convicted of pedophilia against two children under the age of fourteen.

He was sent to prison in Hungary but later escaped and came to Israel as a tourist in 1999.

After spending time in Israel he met an Israeli citizen and married her, starting the process of obtaining citizenship in Israel.

He had worked in a large beverages company before he was arrested at his Jerusalem apartment.

Interpol aims to end the abuse and exploitation of human beings for financial gain. Women from developing countries and young children all over the world are especially vulnerable to trafficking, smuggling or sexual exploitation.

 

Trafficking in women for sexual exploitation is a multi-billion-dollar business which involves citizens of most countries and helps sustain organized crime. A violation of human rights, it destroys the lives of its victims.

 

Human trafficking is distinct from people smuggling in that it involves the exploitation of the migrant, often for purposes of forced labour and prostitution.

 

People smuggling implies the procurement, for financial or material gain, of the illegal entry into a state of which that person is neither a citizen nor a permanent resident. Criminal networks which smuggle and traffic in human beings for financial gain increasingly control the flow of migrants across borders.

 

Child sexual exploitation on the Internet ranges from posed photos to visual recordings of brutal sexual crimes. One of Interpol's main tools for helping police fight this type of crime is the Interpol Child Abuse Image Database (ICAID). Created in 2001, it contains hundreds of thousands of images of child sexual abuse submitted by member countries, thereby facilitating the sharing of images and information to assist law enforcement agencies with the identification of new victims.

David Miller fled the country after being found guilty of the attempted rape and deviant sexual assault of a young woman.  He was sentenced to sex years in prison.  Miller also faced charges of indecently exposing himself to a young girl in Kenilworth. 

Both the FBI and Interpol got involved in this case.  David Miller fled the United States and for a short time was living on a kibbutz in Israel.  He then landed in Miami Beach where his parents owned an exclusive beachfront home. 

David Miller is the stepson of one of the owners of the North Shore Hilton in Skokie. His biological father was the owner of Miller Builders in Skokie and in Sunrise, FL.
