Honoring Mic Hunter



Starting back in 1983, Mic Hunter started his career in helping survivors of sex crimes to heal.  He has been a prolific writer, author and world renowned speaker on topics relating to survivors of child sexual abuse, addictions and sex offenders. He is a licensed Psychologist and a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Minnesota. 

Mic is the author of the book "Abused Boys: The Neglected Victims of Sexual Abuse", which was one of the first books to address the issues of male survivors of sex crimes and was published back in 1990.

Honoring Toni Cavanagh Johnson


Toni Cavanagh Johnson has been involved in the anti-rape movement for over thirty years, working primarily with children who were abused, along with working with sexually reactive youth and juvenile sex offenders.

Throughout her career, Toni has written numerous books, articles and pamphlets, along with developing three therapeutic games, and has written book chapters on children with sexual behavior problems and child sexual abuse.

Eliana Gil has been involved in the anti-rape movement since 1973 as a psychotherapist.  Dr Gil is a highly respected, internationally renowned speaker, author and clinician.  Her books include: "Outgrowing the Pain: A book for and about adults abused as children", "Outgrowing the Pain Together: A book for Spouses and Partners of Adults Abused As Children" and "The Healing Power of Play".
