We are looking for survivors who want to get involved in helping to redevelop The Awareness Center.

Employment Opportunity - Development Coordinator

 

The Awareness Center, Inc. is the international Jewish Coalition Against Sexual Abuse/Assault. We are currently looking for a self-motivated individual to become our Development Coordinator. This individual will be responsible for all aspects of fundraising. This is a volunteer position that can be made into a paid position by your successful grants

Experience Requirements:

• 
  Demonstrated Development experience, or an extremely motivated individual.
• 
  Familiarization with Jewish Nonprofit Organization, preferably educational (mental health).
• 
  Demonstrated Marketing Experience
• 
  Demonstrated success in the management and motivation of volunteer groups
• 
  Experience with development databases
• 
  Ability to interact well with donors, volunteers and administrative staff

• Excellent Project Management Skills
• Excellent Management Skills
• Excellent Written and Oral Communications Skills
• Demonstrated Ability to work as a Team Player
• Self Starter and Ability to Work Independently
• Creativity
• Basic Computer Skills
• Familiar with database maintenance and report generation applications

Educational Background

     Degree Preferred: Bachelors
